      We walk each shortlisted unit with you on video, including what listings leave out: the lift lobby, the noise, the view at night.

      Rules and paperwork

      Foreign ownership rules, minimum prices and consents differ by state and change over time. An independent lawyer confirms what applies to you before you commit.

    4. 04

      Funds and financing

      Some buyers pay in cash, others borrow from a Malaysian bank. We introduce you to people who can explain the options. We do not give financial advice ourselves.

    5. 05

      Keys, and after

      We can collect the keys, inspect the unit, arrange furnishing and, if you wish, find a tenant while you are away.
